FIBA International Basketball Federation qualifiers has been too tough after the intense clash of Round 1 matches on each region. Each team did display great basketball play which really impacts their team to make it to quality the second round.

In Round 1 there will be 16 teams for African Qualifiers, 16 teams for Americas Qualifiers, 16 teams for Asian Qualifiers and 32 teams in European Team.

In FIBA World Cup 2019, only 32 teams on all overall qualifiers will have a chance to get the opportunity to grab a slot. 5 teams in African Qualifiers, 7 teams in Americas, 8 teams in Asian and 12 teams in Europe.

Now each qualifier are now in Round 2 and it would be crucial for each team to win and taking their chances to be a part of the qualifying teams.

African Round 2

Teams that moved to round 2, only 5 teams will have a chance to move to world cup, so they need to get into the top 2 in their group stage to be able to secure their slot. 3rd place team will have a match for the last slot for African qualifier.

Americas Round 2

For Americas there will be around 7 teams to qualify to world cup which means they do have less pressure than other regional qualifiers.

Asian Round 2

In Asian there will be around 7 teams plus China for World Cup.

Europe Round 2

There will be around 12 teams from Europe to qualify to World Cup.

Pre-Qualified Europe Teams

As a fan in FIBA basketball, I am looking forward on the Round 2 matches of each regional so we would know who will be the teams competing in FIBA World Cup 2019 in China.
