A match between South Korea and Iran is one of the anticipated matches in Basketball Asian Games. Both teams have really proven their capacity to dominate their opponents in the quarterfinals. South Korea defeated the Philippines in quarterfinals was really some explosive to watch since most Korean players have the agility and fast movements in both their defense and their offense. They mostly utilize a good passing of the ball with their offensive strategies. And by that, they have gained the advantage in terms of field goal scoring which they do have a better percentage than the Philippines.
We will be seeing some massive actions of Ricardo Ratliffe of South Korea who is so furious about dominating in rebounds and offensive points near the keyhole. Aside from that South Korea have better three-pointers that are willing to take the shot whenever they are free. Sunhyung Kim and llyoung Heo are there also to put some good offensive plays on the basketball court.
Iran, on the other hand, has shown great performance in quarterfinals against Japan and I think Iran has the capacity to replicate their good performance towards their opponent South Korea. Hamed Ehadi has really contributed big on rebounds and blocking of attempted shots from Japan's shooter. Hamed has also shown good performance in his shooting within the paint area and in perimeter area. I would say, he can put a big destruction on South Korea's offense since he is always there to put a good defense. Good players like Sajjad and Mohammadsamad can contribute a lot to their team and possibly put some good number of points.
Currently, both teams are on progress playing as of this writing with scores 50-67 in favor of Iran. I can't wait to see who will win and make an advance to finals, giving the chance to grab the gold medal.
