Leicester seek to continue their win streak as they host Newcastle at the King Power Stadium for the first English Premier League clash of the weekend.
A 4-1 thumping of already relegated Huddersfield last weekend saw Leicester city crawl into 7th place. They sit on the same points with Wolves below them with Molineux's side playing a game less.
Leicester city are undergoing a great run of form ever since Brendan Rogers took over as manager in February. They have since won five out of their last six matches and aim to make it six straight against the Magpies tomorrow.
The Magpies slumped to a 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend thereby making it three losses, a win and a draw in their last five matches.
Failure to bring in reinforcements into the team has seen Rafa Benitez struggle to keep the team above relegation stage and it appears to be a battle he has won as they currently sit 7 points above relegation zone and would be aiming to put up a fight against Leicester and avoid defeat as there is still a possible 15, 18 points to play for.
Jamie Vardy is the main man behind the wonderful form of Leicester city of late with half of their goals ever since Brendan took over coming from him. It appears Leicester city seems to have found their missing rib in Bredan and he has delivered.
Benitez on the other hand would be relishing this battle as it is an opportunity to give him team some motivation to go out and fight for pride but on paper, Leicester city appears the stronger team and apparent winner. In addition, Newcastle has never won a team in the top half of the league this season and their away form has looked pretty much bad than terrible. Considering everything on paper, pushing for a straight win on Leicester looks the deal.
