The match between Anderlecht and Mechelen went somewhat as expected yesterday, another strong Start from Anderlecht but they did not manage to keep it up all match against and overall poor Mechelen who also took an unfortunate red. I did manage to end this match with a small profit being on both Mechelen +0.75 after 25 minutes and Anderlecht -0.25 late in the match both at 0-0 score which it stayed.

Oostende vs Club Brugge

Club Brugge coach Clement rotated really heavily last season with Genk in between European matches. The question today is how far he will go this time and I would not be surprised at all if many key players were left on the bench. last year in Genk pretty much only Pozzuelo stayed in the team while all other important players were benched. This never really caused much of a line movement and influence on the results though. Oostende will be without Vargas and Hjuksager. They looked ok as a team for far and are in a good flow also looking quite solid in defense. I hate to oppose Club Brugge, but do think the lines on some of these favorites and overs are getting way too high. I took a small position on Oostende +1.25 @ 2.06 and will see where it goes with the line-up and such.

Cercle Brugge vs KV Kortrijk

Both teams haven't exactly been impressive . Kortrijk was a team with few goals on the road playing more defensive while going at it at home which brought a lot more goals. This pattern seems to continue this season. Cercle Brugge Seemed ok at times but lack experience at the end making me expect they will lose matches later on while Kortrijk so far always seemed better in the 2nd half. I like the odds on these 2 angles and took small bets on Cercle Brugge 1H +0 @ 1.95 and Under 3 @ 1.85.

Eupen vs Waasland-Beveren

Both these teams have been quite poor especially on defense and are on the bottom of the table with 0 points. They did face quite strong opponents though with Antwerp & AA Gent (Eupen) and Club Brugge & Standard (Waasland). At times Waasland-Beveren showed good things offensively and I simply don't rate that there is that much of a quality gap between both teams. I took an early bet on Waasland-Beveren +0.75 @ 1.912 with also some extra in BTC using Sportsbet.io. Odds moved a bit and seem more correctly around +0.75 @ 1.73. For as far as the total goes, both seem really vulnerable on defense and have a style of moving forward. I'm tempted by the over but since this is a direct duel for a relegation spot I will wait it out. Often times these matches start quite nervous with few chances. I'll see how it goes live...

Racing Genk vs Zulte-Waregem

Genk got dominated by Mechelen last week and can't be compared to the team they were last season under Clement. They do have quality players still but the magic seems gone under Mazzu who simply puts more importance in Defense.Zulte-Waregem took both a bad and unfortunate start of the season losing against Mechelen who finished them on the counter and conceding a first-minute goal against Standard along with getting a hash red card. Coach Dury did show signs of confidence though and I do see the handicap line on Zulte-Waregem simply as too high and took some Zulte-Waregem +2.25 @ 1.800. Zulte-Waregem also had defensive intentions which got screwed by the early goal. I expect them to take a similar approach today. Genk failed to create a lot against both Kortrijk and Mechelen while Zulte-Waregem is really missing their scoring strikers Bongonda and Harbaoui so far. Under 3.75 @ 1.82 (Betslip) is my main bets on this match and I will take extra on it in BTC over at sportsbet.io
