Betscorum Results August 2019

Betscorum was pretty much dead during the summer with no Sports available other than Soccer and I placed only a couple of bets in the month of July. The exchange had something of a brief revival as the @betty liquidity bot from the devs went back online, but it didn't take long as it went back offline leaving the platform with a number of users that can be counted on one hand.

I'm honestly close to calling it a day when it comes down to Betscorum despite it still being the best crypto betting solution on the market right now. The gap between what the devs should be doing and what they actually do is just too big and there is a fundamental trust issue between them and nearly the entire community who have been worn down to the point where they don't even complain anymore. Blogging on Scorum is pretty much dead since direct competitor sportstalk.social is already more popular on the Steem Platform. All this gives even fewer reasons to buy SCR even at a price point of 0.0075$ and a marketcap of 220k having a limited amount of coins. Somehow it feels like this is exactly what the devs want in order to do an exit scam without getting in legal trouble.

August Results

I still managed to get in 264 bets staking nearly 24000 SCR last month making +1545 SCR Profit. Stakes are still highly inconsistent and I'm still running below EV doing +2.37% ROI after nearly 1400 Bets since December 2018. If anything, I very much enjoy the process of playing the game of sports betting and beating it. Yet betscorum feels like playing with play money with the odds of it actually getting real adoption one day making it worth something having gone from possible to an extreme long shot making it into something of a time-waster.
