I will make my Weekly 4 Results update post tomorrow (Spoiler, Week 4 was a good one) since there was a Monday match followed up by the first leg in the Champions League qualifiers today already. I like to stick to a tight routine getting out 1 post a day which is not always easy since there is a lot to write about with the Betting Season in full force.

LASK Linz vs Club Brugge

So far this Season Club Brugge has been at times impressive but rather inconsistent. Looking at their last 3 matches, they played poorly against Eupen expecting it would be easy simply unable to really push through when they needed to. They went to Kiev as if they were already qualified being outplayed in the first half pretty much also suffering from the heat needing rain to help them play better. In the match away against Oostende, they also played a poor 1st half. Where I had Club Brugge on a similar 'underrated, bet them blind' level as Racing Genk last year, this is no longer the case and I need to see them play solid first before I can bet on them with confidence. They have been talking about not underestimating LASK Linz (Who is said to be weaker compared to Kiev) but I can't help but feel underestimation of the opponent might again be the case today. What I've read and know about LASK Linz is that this is their first time in the Champions League Qualifiers. In 2012/2013 they didn't get a license and were put back in the Amateur league. Ever since the climbed up and are now 2nd in the Austrian League behind Red Bull Salzburg. Last season the nearly qualified for the Europa League Group Stage losing out closely to Besiktas.1-0 away loss & 2-1 home win. This season they eliminated Basel winning both matches (1-2 away and 3-1 home). They seem to thrive on enthusiasm and also did not have the luck factor against them. In their League, they took 3 wins in 3 matches scoring 6 and getting no goals against. Looking at Team Player Transfermarlet Value, LASK is at 23Million, Basel at 52 Millon and Club Brugge at 100 Million so it's hard not to see Club Brugge as the favorite over the 2 matches. Tonight they are the slight +0 Underdog. I need to see Club Brugge in action first before I can bet them. I would not be surprised to see an enthusiastic LASK Linz early on with a lot of pressing and Club Brugge having some difficulties at first. If this is the case I will be looking to bet Club Brugge as the underdog the moment it turns around. If Club Brugge shows to be superior having a good day I will also get in on them. Tau will be suspended for Club Brugge and Mechele is injured. Club Brugge has shown to be not 100% reliable in their defense so far so the over could be an option. I will see how it all plays out Live and have No Pre-Game Bets right now.
