I'm making these weekly posts as a way to track my personal pre-game handicapping results along with my live betting action on Belgian Teams. These posts will usually contain some insights when it comes down to my general approach and what I do to increase my chance of beating the market.
After 4 consecutive winning weeks, I gave some back now the last 7 days but damage overall was very limited. Finding great betting sports at the moment is quite the challenge compared to for example the start of the season. Often times there are some good angles to exploit but either lines are totally adjusted to that or get adjusted quickly by the market. Limits haven't been all that great which pre-game and not all that much is needed to decrease odds on certain bets where there is no more value on them.
My main focus the remainder of the season is on one side to continue grinding it out without overly taking risks and putting time in finding some new angles to exploit on the other hand.
I've been betting online for almost 2 decades and there are few that I know who managed to survive these markets. Lines tend to get more efficient and what worked in the past doesn't always work right now meaning you are bound to fall behind if you are in a standstill. I do believe it will always be able to find an edge in these markets even though the margins are never going to be huge (especially when getting in the needed number of bets).
Copytip
I remain quite cautious on my bigger bets making me have only 1 live bets this week which was also taken on Copytip. unfortunately, it ended up a loser as the late goal didn't come in the match between Kortrijk and Club Brugge. I'm quite confident the long run is still very solid for these bets and will provide some good profit over time.
I had a couple of medium-sized bets which I also share unofficially on the SBC Discord Server which have done well. Most times these are bets very much based on the moment and the slight hesitation to fully go for it often brings about the doubt the take them up as a full play. The big bets most of the time are pre-planned with a clear odds target I'm going for.

I'm still hovering around the expected pink line which is perfectly fine and I will be breaking a new 3-year all-time high in the chart soon if I manage to continue going up like this. Honestly, any given season I would sign in advance for a +3.5% ROI which I see as quite a realistic solid result given the volume. Then again, maybe I limit myself with this belief and maybe should aim higher. I'm quite the skeptic realist by nature and don't mind staying with my feet on the ground. Regardless, it's all loads of funs and I'm looking forward to how the remainder of the season will evolve. All I can do is my best and aim for long term winning results, the rest comes pretty much down to variance in the short run.
