Come November, US citizens will again have the chance to elect, or re-elect, the nation’s top leader in the 59th Presidential Elections.

A second term may be in sight for Donald Trump as he carries the Republican side, or Joe Biden might just win it for the Democrats. Bernie Sanders continues to give a good fight. Surprisingly, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris and Beto O'Rourke - big names that made headlines - have cut their tracks and dropped out of the race to the White House.

With the US Presidential Election Odds in full consideration, let’s take a look at how the competition is going so far.

2020 US Presidential Election Candidates

Donald Trump

Time and again, Donald Trump has told the media that he isn’t worried about his competitors. As the current President of the United States, the 73 year-old Republican has always been vocal about seeking re-election in the White House. And that’s highly possible. Historically, it’s rare that an incumbent President loses an election. However, he has yet to earn the public nod. In 2016, he won the electoral vote, but lost the nationwide popular vote.

Joe Biden

Biden is seen as the clear contender to Trump, and it’s not just because he carries the Democratic seal. The former Democratic Vice President has always expressed his intentions to become “the most qualified President” of the US. Apart from his booming campaign, Biden’s US Presidential Election Odds are propelled by his solid alliance to Barack Obama, who awarded him the Presidential Award of Freedom in 2017.

Bernie Sanders

Although highly attached to the Democratic Party, Bernie Sanders is the longest-serving Independent in US congressional history. He ran for President during the 2016 Elections, narrowly missing the win with Hillary Clinton. Currently serving as Senator for the state of Vermont, Sanders is back at his journey to the White House carrying major platforms like the Green New Deal and Medicare For All.

Tulsi Gabbard

Tulsi Gabbard is the first Samoan-American and Hindu member to hold a Congressional seat. Although her US Presidential Election Odds isn’t as imposing, she still made headlines when she announced her candidacy in January 2019. Youngest in the race, 38 year-old Gabbard served in the Hawaii Army National Guard.
