Time flies and it's quarter-finals time at the Australian Open. The tournament has stuck according to the script for the most part with a couple of upsets on the men's side - Tiafoe and Tsitsipas especially. Today's quarterfinals has some interesting match-ups but the one with the most value I see is Danielle Collins.

Danielle Collins absolutely destroyed former Australian Open champion Angelique Kerber in just 56 minutes to keep her Melbourne dream alive. This is a big step up for her, having gone 0-5 in majors before. Winning 6-0, 6-2, she won an impressive near 75% of first-serve return points.

Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova on the other hand came back from the dead to defeat Sloan Stephens in a match that lasted longer than two and a half hours. She has had a tougher run throughout the tournament, compared to Collins and has beaten top players like Bertens, Stephens, Sasnovich and Puig.

If Collins plays anywhere near as well as she played against Kerber, this match will be over quickly. She had the fire in her. They say form is temporary while class is permanent. Today, i'll be backing Collins solely based on form given how good the odds are.

Pick: Collins ML @ 2.03
