It's October already and hopefully we'll be able to add to the pot with some parlays. Today's pick comes from the Snooker European Championships being held in Belgium.

Daniel Wells v Luca Brecel

Brecel should have the home crown behind him as he tries to qualify for the European Championships proper. Both players didn't have a good outing in China and will be looking to rectify that.

Ranking-wise, Wells is ranked 62 in the world and Brecel is ranked 12th. They've played each other four times, with Brecel coming out on top every time. The last one was close though.

With Brecel playing in front of the home crowd, a better H2H record and slightly better form, i'm going to go with the kid to win this one.

Pick: Luca Brecel @ 1.476

Stuart Bingham v Chris Wakelin

Battle of the Englishmen, this one. Their last encounter was very one-sided with Bingham sweeping Wakelin 5-0 two years ago. This should be a much closer affair as Wakelin has been playing pretty well this year.

Bingham is ranked 13th while Waklin is ranked 45th. I'm going to go with experience for this match-up.

Pick: Stuart Bingham @ 1.537

Overall: 2.269
