Valencia had chance to go ahead of Manchester United but failed after drawing with Young Boys. United lost against Juventus by 1-0 at home. Hoffenheim and Lyon played sensational 3-3 draw in Group F. Manchester City defeated Donetsk to move to the top of the table. Real Madrid finally won after series of defeat to move to the top and Roma are in second after another win in Group G. Bayern München and Ajax also picked win in their respective matches.

For today, I am picking a fixture between two good teams of Europe in Group A. Dortmund with beautiful attack will host one of the unbreakable defense in the Europe, Atletico Madrid. Both team are in great form in the their respective league and in Europe. As it stands in Group A, both team won their first two matches to collect 6 points each and are joint top with Dortmund ahead by goal difference.

Dortmund are the leader in the Bundesliga after completion of the 8th round. For this season, they have an emphatic goal scoring record. They a already scored 27 goals so far. This weekend, they thrashed Stuttgart by 4-0 to collect 6th consecutive win. They are undefeated in the league. In the last 6 games, they scored 26 goals in the rate of 4 plus goals in a match.

Atletico are doing brilliant too in the La Liga are just 2 point shy of the Leader Barcelona and above Real Madrid. They have the best defensive record in the La Liga. They have just conceded 5 goals in the 9 games played. The only problem with Atletico has been scoring the goals, and they haven't scored enough. They just managed to score 10 goals in the 9 La Liga matches. But they scored 5 goals in their 2 matches in Champions League.

Both Dortmund and Atletico want to win the group and this is going to be an exciting battle. And clearly, there is no favorite to win this one. A prolific attacker is hosting a resilient defense in Europe and the draw is the most expected outcome. The odds for Dortmund winning this one is 2.70 and win for Atletico is at 2.87. The odds for the draw is at 3.30. The over 2.5 goals is at 2.10 and I doubt we will see it give Atletico defense. And BTTS is at 1.80. I am going for Draw here.
