Chesterfield, even though one of the favorites to lift the trophy this season (@11.00) didn't start it well. They've lost at home against Dover Athletic 2-1. On the other hand, the home side (one of the favorites to get relegated this season @3.00) won 1-0 at Stockport.

In h2h, Maidenhead is 2-0 and Alan Devonshire is 1-0 against John Sheridan. While the market favors (slightly) the visitors I'll go the other way.

Solihull Moors vs Torquay United

Solihull played, as visitors, 2-2 against Harrogate Town in a match full of mistakes (both sides missing the penalties being one of them) and today they'll want to take the full advantage of the home ground. They were busy during the summer spending on new players and they'll expect a win.

The visitors (their direct competition for the promoting this season according to the odds) won't make their life easy but I think it's about time for the home side to end the draw season (3 in a row) and finally win.

Halifax Town vs Hartlepool United

In the first match Halifax played as visitors against Ebbsfleet that got a red card early which made the visitors life easy and the result shows it. 4-1 for Halifax. On the other hand, Hartlepool got humiliated in front of their own supporter by losing 3-1 against Sutton.

Both sides expect to win today while the market is favoring (slightly) the home team. I think they'd be both happy sharing the points today.

Yeovil Town vs Eastleigh

The home team lost their opening match against Barnet 1-0 while the visitors managed to win against Notts County with the same result. Today, Yeovil are the favorites to win but I think there's some value in backing the visitors here.

Notts County vs Stockport

Both sides lost their opening matches with the same result 1-0. While the market favors the home team I don't see Notts County delivering today. I think it's worth supporting the visitors.

Barrow vs Harrogate Town

Barrow lost to Wrexham even though they've got an early lead. They do collapse in the second half and let their opponents dictated the outcome. The visitors played an interesting match that ended up 2-2.

The market favors the home side but I think both teams would be happy to share the points today.

Dover Athletic vs Dag&Red

Good start of the season for the hosts and poor for the visitors. I expect the same trend to continues today.

Woking vs Aldershot Town

Woking had a better start (winning as visitors against Dag&Red) while Adlershot lost at home against Fylde. Even while losing, the visitors didn't embarrass themselves and today I can see them taking something out of this game.

AFC Fylde vs Chorley

The home side are the favorites to lift the trophy this season (@7.00) while the newly promoted visitors are one of the favorites to get relegated (@3.00). Yet, I think this being the beginning of the season and Chorley playing two goalless games in a row we can see the biggest upset of this match day.

Sutton United vs Barnet

Barnet defeated Yeovil Town while Sutton (as visitors) humiliated Hartlepool. Today, I can see them both being very happy with a point each.

Bromley vs Ebbsfleet United

The hosts had trouble breaking down the newly promoted Chorley while the visitors got humiliated by Halifax at their own place. Both sides will be more than motivated to collect the first win of the season today.
