Introduction

First of all my apologies for the crappy logo, I'm really not good at designing, so I got to stay very limited when it comes to that.

It has been nine days ago, when I first shared my idea of this quiz with the community, and it hasn't been launched yet. So I thought it would be a good idea, to give all of you some more insight in what is to be expected, especially to @cayelispor53 who kindly donated 10 SCR when he read about it, thank you very much for that.

The first thing that you can see is that the prize money has increased with @cayelispor53's SCR and that I added another 40 SCR myself in free bets to be won by those participating in the quiz.

What is the quiz going to exist of?

The quiz will be up to 100 questions in all sorts of sports. I am currently on 75% in creating the questions. All of these will be multiple choice questions with four options, of which you got to choose the one option you believe is the answer. The quiz will be timed in order to avoid cheating or googling the answers. Every participant is only allowed one entry, people who take the quiz multiple times will be eliminated from the prize pool.

Here's is an example of how the questions will look like. This example will of course not be part of the actual quiz, but it is to give you an idea what to expect.

When will the quiz be launched?

The idea is to launch it before the end of the month. I will be away from home for a couple of days, as I will have a business trip coming up in London. I will make the most out of it and already travel at the weekend, and I will go to Fulham-Tottenham Hotspur, but that surely takes some time away from me, as you can imagine. So let's aim for the end of the month for the quiz to be launched.

How will the prize money be shared?

This is still a bit of an open topic that can change in the upcoming period, but as we speak, the idea is that the top 10 or so, will receive a certain amount of the prize pool in SCR, whereas the Free Bets will be awarded to the people following the top 10, and perhaps for the lowest ranked participant with at least 15 correct answers. I'm open for any better ideas, please don't hesitate to share your opinion.

Why include Free Bets in a quiz?

The betting platform is extremely valuable for Scorum. In order for us to be able to write great articles on any sport, for us to continue having contests, quizzes, and other games and for us to succeed, also Betscorum has to succeed. By giving away Free Bets as part of the prize pool, we can be sure that some of the prize pool will be re-invested in the future of Scorum, whereas the shared amount that is no Free Bet can be used for anything, within or outside of Scorum, whichever you as winner chose to do with it.

Anyone willing to contribute to expanding the prize pool as @cayelispor53 did, is welcome to do so. Just let me know, and it will be done.
