Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao ... the fight of the century

The duel that both starred in Las Vegas in May 2015 is the most lucrative in the history of boxing. Between the two they took more than 300 million dollars. The tickets reached half a million euros in resale.

From the very moment in which that combat ended, the revenge began to be talked about, which three years later seems to become a reality.

Mayweather defeated Pacquiao in a fight that was widely publicized and ended up disappointing. Pacquiao blamed a shoulder injury that could only connect 81 of his punches in the fight.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. announced he would like to fight Manny Pacquiao for a second chance in December.

On the other hand, Mayweather broadcast a video on Instagram, early on Saturday, and which leaves accompanied by Pacquiao, apparently in Japan. The two are skewered in a discussion about a possible second fight.

"I'm back to fight against Manny Pacquiao this year," Mayweather said. "Another nine-digit bag is coming."

The fact that the fight becomes a reality remains to be seen. There are no barriers in terms of promoters between the two. Mayweather manages his career and Pacquiao is a free agent right now.

Las Vegas betting houses gave Mayweather the favoritism immediately, 2-1.

Mayweather, victorious in all his 50 fights, has not been in the ring for a year, from the knockout he gave to Conor McGregor, martial arts star who played his first fight in professional boxing.

Pacquiao, the Filipino idol who turns 40 in December, lost to unknown Australian Jeff Horn last year and then beat Argentine Lucas Matthysse in MalTo all the boxing fans and that we are part of the Scorum community we would love to see these two great boxers in action; because if possible it would become the fight of the century.

I think inactivity, that is, time out of the ring, can greatly affect Mayweather.

And you, what do you think about it?
