I know some fans consider this beast Floyd as their goat, but I really think he should let his record speak for him, he's retired. His record is superb and he was a defensive master. Outside the ring I've not always been keen on how he has conducted himself in both word and deed, he does seem to have matured over recent years. The Berto match was not brilliant, but it was acceptable to get him to 49 and 0. Fight 50 is hard to accept, a no risk, cynical money making match against a guy making his pro boxing debut.

I admire most of what Floyd has achieved, but the more he bangs the drum about his own greatness, people will become bored, Alis self promotion was always done with a glint in his eye.

Let your accomplishments speak for you Floyd....
