In a match, spinning kicks, 45 degrees, front, ax and side are the most widely used; The kicks include jumping, spinning, skipping and dropping, often in the form of a combination of several kicks. Taekwondo training also includes a comprehensive system of hand and hand defense, but generally does not emphasize grappling.
