There is nothing like following their passion and what gives you satisfaction irrespective of the income stream of such job or profession. Sometimes we get made at what we do that we are willing to pursue it to the end. While some really acknowledge the inherent dangers involved, some focus on the positive side than the negative. Such was the case of Maxim Dadashew.
Boxing is one on one combat game that involves players throwing punches at each other especially on the face with the objective knocking out opponent out in series of rounds. Not only fighters’ fight to point of bleeding, sometimes the athlete is crippled to unconsciousness in the ring. Even though am a big fan of the sports, never will I allow a love one join the sports because of effect on the brain, eyes and head related health implications at old age. The popularity of the game has been waning in the last decade as professional fighter struggled to keep the sport going. Statistic has shown that about a dozen professional fighter has passed away during or shortly after a fight.

Maxim Dadashew was a junior and aspiring welterweight who never lost a fight since the start of his professional career in 2006 with 13 fight of which 11 ended in knockouts. The St Petersburg born athlete had hope that one day his line of profession will fetch him a green card in the United States. Married to Elizaveta Aspushkin who resides in Russia with their only son was in the ring last Friday 23 July to face Subriel Matia in Maryland U.S.A in his bid for a match with Josh Taylor (federation junior welterweight title holder).

Russian Boxing Federation in a statement condoled with the family of the diseased but said investigation has been lunched to find the trust because such cases are rare in the sport and believe some human factors intervened ‘’there was a kind of violation’’. Going by the statement of Maxim’s trainer Buddy McGirt had urged the athlete to quit but he shook his head is disagreement. Maxim had fought to the 11th round and wanted to see off the match in match Matias has dominated.
........
I’m going to stop the fight,” McGirt said in an exchange captured on video. “Max, I’m going to stop it. Max, you’re getting hit too much. You’re getting hit too much, Max. Please, Max, please, let me do this, O.K.? O.K.? Look at me. Please.”
Maxim insisted and went in for the match but McGirt had to throw in the towel when his trainee was getting hit with more and more clean shots as the fight went on.
Shortly after stepping out of the ring, he was unable to walk to the dressing room due to head injuries and was rush to hospital for an emergency surgery where his gave up the ghost.
This is really a very sad news in the boxing world but very devastating to Maxim fans across the globe. Maxim will remain is the heart of many and his doggedness.

''Our thought and prayers remains with Maxim family and Boxing Federation''
