India won the test series agianst Westindies by 2-0 and made a record of winning continue 10 test series at home. India had lost last test series at england in 2014 at home ground.Under the captaincy of virat Kohli team are making plan of Australian tour and so every player are getting chance and they all are taking advantage of getting chance to play for Team India. This was the India 10 win series in line from 2014. Indian team has win the series with the new opening pair of kl rahul and prithvi shaw instead of murli vijay and shikhar dhawan.
The series fully gives to the name of juniour because how Rishabh pant and prithvi Shaw played and give team India a victory. So, prithvi Shaw had been appointed as man of the series by his top scorer in terms of run. Beside this umesh yadav had been appointed as man of the match for his knocking 10 wickets hawl in the second test match against West Indies.so, India clinch the second test match and also won the test series.India was having a target of 72 runs and Indian opener kl rahul and prithvi Shaw each score a 33 runs with bat and gave team India easy victory inside 3 days.
It was first time in the history were umesh yadav take a 10 wickets hawl in the test match. West Indies were disappointed with their performance in the second innings because in the first innings of 2 second they have cross 300 mark but in the second innings they even did not cross 150 runs which make them disappointed and so they loss the match.
West Indies rank 8th in the ranking table while India rank top of the ranking table in test match. Ravindra jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin and kuldeep yadav who had helped team India to take wickets when needed. Prithvi Shaw tells that in team there is no senior and no juniour everyone were equally and so I feel confident and I play my real game in test match and also doing debut and having man of the series reward which helps us to have good confidence for upcoming Australian tour.
