Pakistan team are doing day by day good performance because in Asia cup they loss against India in the final match and then they beat Sri Lanka ,Australia and now new Zealand and so now they are ranking top on the point table with 12 points difference from the second rank team India.
After winning the series against Australia they have great confidence inside the Pakistan players and so they also proved that they are the top ranking team in today's position. They have many games in their squad such as Hafeez, sohiab Malik, Fakhar Zaman and hasan Ali who can change the match at any time.
After winning the toss skipper Kane Williamson decided to bat first and so Colin Munro and Glenn Phillips open the innings for new Zealand. Again Glenn Phillips got out for just scoring 4 runs and so Kane Williamson came to bat with Colin munro. Colin Munro gave a good start for new Zealand by scoring 44 runs of just 28 balls and he got out stumping by sarfaraz Ahmed on the bowling of Hafeez. After no batsman gave a good score but Corey Anderson fired a 44 runs in just 25 balls which give a healthy score of 153 on the scorecard to put Pakistan batsman under pressure.
Gleen Phillips who score just 4 runs in the second T20 and again he flops and so new Zealand did not get a good start from the opener. Hasan Ali who was man of the match in the first T20 did not get any wicket in the second match .
Shaheen Afridi has appointed as man of the match for his handsome figure of 4-20 in 4 overs and put new Zealand batsman under pressure and also restrick new Zealand batsamn to score a huge run.
After having a target of 155 runs Pakistan got a good start from openers fakhar Zaman and Babar Azam. They both played good innings. After the wicket of fakhar Zaman , asif Ali get a run by scoring 38 runs and take team near to target and 50 runs remaining Babar Azam got out on the bowling of southee and so Hafeez come to bat and scores a 34 runs and take team to victory. Shoaib malik was also out for just scoring 3 runs.
Pakistan are 2-0 now in 3 match series and now Pakistan team will change the new faces in the team to have a practice for new faces and new Zealand will try to win the match to have a confidence before the ODI and test series.
