Australia had a good form as they had beat India at Indian pitch. Australia team are playing without David Warner and Steve Smith then also they have upper hand in the match. They had an excellent match, as they win one-day series in India and now they are playing against Pakistan in Abu Dhabi is known as Pakistan home ground. Pakistan was brilliant played against West Indies and Bangladesh and so both teams were in good form. After winning the five-match one day series against India, Australia aiming to whitewash Pakistan.
In the first match of this series Australia team win it properly and in the second match they have to chase the target and they had clearly chased without any difficulty they faced throughout the match. When Pakistan opener came to start the innings, iman-ul-Haq was dismissed for a duck on the bowling of Jhye Richardson. In the first 10 over Masood was also back to pavilion on the bowling of Jhye Richardson. Later on, middle-order batsman continues the innings forward to have a decent total on the board.
Shoaib Malik and Rizwan both had a partnership of 127 runs for the 5th wicket which helps Pakistan team to cross 200 runs. Now they were deserving to have 300 runs but unfortunately, Shoaib Malik Departs and once again Pakistan team start collapsing. Counter Nile took a ticket of Rizwan in 47th over which was too late but he had played a great inning of 115 runs and stand till last for the healthy score of a team. Pakistan is finally able to score 284 runs on the board with losing 7 wickets.
After having a target of 285 runs once again Australian openers proved that they are present in good form and also they deserve their opening pair for the upcoming world cup in England. Khawaja and finch together made a partnership of 209 runs for the first wicket and later Khawaja was out while playing an 80 runs innings for a team. Now they only want 76 runs to win the match and so Maxwell comes to top the order to complete the match as early as possible. But Maxwell got runout and dismiss by playing an innings of 19 runs in 15 delivery.
Finally, Finch played a winning shot as he deserved because he played a 153 runs innings and with the help of this great innings he was appointed as a man of the match. Moreover, the Pakistan team were disappointed due to their performance as they know world cup is near and their team coordination is also not good and so they have to think about the world cup and play natural cricket. with this win, Australia is having a lead of 2-0 in five-match series and so Pakistan will change their players for remaining matches to become alive in the series.
