Sandeep Lamichhane has continued his impressive performance in the Big Bash League, taking three wickets against the Hobart Hurricanes. After the first two games, Sandeep is already on the joint highest wicket-taker list with the Rashid Khan, Jofre Archer, and Kane Richardson. Sandeep is the first Nepali player to taste the Big Bash League.
Alex Doolan was the first victim of Sandeep Lamichhane googly today. Then later he picked up the wicket of Mathew Wade and Ben Dermot. He bowled four over conceding 24 runs and picked up the three wickets. Among the 24 balls, he bowled nine dot balls.
Sandeep performance was good, but it wasn’t enough for Melbourne Stars to win the game. Now the Melbourne Stars has lost their opening two games. Sandeep was off to Australia for BBL after playing just two games in the Everest Premier League(EPL) for his team Lalitpur Patriots. Sandeep will travel to Bangladesh after playing some games for Melbourne to play in the BPL.
