The Nepalese national team players haven’t got their salary for two years, but now ICC has decided to give salary to the players. According to their grade, the players will receive the salary for the last two years. ICC has divided the players into three grades, they are
Grade A:
Parash Khadka, Gyanendra Malla, Basant Regmi, Sarad Veshawakar, Sompal Kami, Sandip Lamichhane and DS Airee
Grade B:
Aarif Sheikh, Karan KC, Lalit Bhandari, RK poudel, Anil Shah, Lalit Rajbansi and Shakti Gauchan
Grade C:
Subash Khakurel, Sagar Pun, Dilip Nath, Sunil Dhamala, Sushan Bhari, Kishor Mahato and Binod Bhandari
The players included in A Grade will get Eight Lakhs and Forty Thousand Nepali Rupees. The players in the B Grade will get Six Lakhs, and the players in C grade will get Three Lakhs and Sixty Thousand Nepali Rupees.
Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) is eliminated by the International Cricket Council(ICC), and the players haven’t got a salary since last two years. It’s good work from the ICC; this will help the players economically.
