Nepal has started their cricketing journey since 1996 playing in the ACC Trophy until now Nepal has Played T20 World Cup and have ODI status too. Insite of few resources Nepali players hard work has helped them to achieve this success. In this 22 years cricketing journey, Team Nepal and Nepali players have created many records, but few records look impossible to break. Nepal Won the Match in just 2 Balls

In 2006 Nepal faced Myanmar in the ACC Trophy Cricket Malaysia. Winning the toss Nepal elected to bowl first, Batting first Myanmar made just ten runs after 12.1 over in loss of all wickets. Mehboob Alam picked up seven wickets, and Binod Das got three wickets. Chasing the target of just 11 runs Nepal got five runs extra, and Opener Duo Dhiren Chand and Mahesh Chhetri scored three runs each facing one ball. Nepal won the match in just two balls. This record seems impossible to break.

No Wide and No Ball in T20 World Cup

Nepal played T20 World Cup Bangladesh 2014; it was the greatest achievement in the Nepali cricket history. In the first match, Nepal defeated HK by a significant margin of 80 runs. Int, the second match Nepal, got beaten by Bangladesh. Bangladesh won the match by eight wickets. In the last group stage match against Afghanistan, Nepal won the match by nine runs. But Nepal failed to qualify for next round due to low NRR than Bangladesh despite having equal points. In this three games, Nepali bowler doesn’t give extra runs like a wide or no ball.

Mehboob Alam 10 Wickets in a Game

In the Divison Five game against (Mozambique) in Jersey. Winning the toss Mozambique elected to field first, Nepal scored 238/7 in 50 overs. Chasing the target of 239 runs Mozambique was able to score 19/10 after 14.5 overs. Mahaboob Alam picked up ten wickets in 7.5 overs giving just 12 runs. In the limited over the game, he is the first player to pick up all ten wickets.

Rubina Chhetri 5 Wickets in an Over

In the ACC Women's T20 Championship, Nepal was playing against Singapore. Batting first Nepali Women's made 79/9 in 20 overs. Chasing a target of 80runs, Captain Rubina Chhetri bowled an unforgettable over. Singapore was near the win; they had scored 78 runs and searching for two runs to win the match. But Rubina picked up five wickets conceding one run like a wide in the last over, and the game was tied. She got wickets in all bowl except the first ball. She became the first Nepali women cricketer to a got hat-trick and the first women cricketer to pick up five wickets in a row.

Shakti Gauchan The Most Economic bowler

Shakti Gauchan holds the record for a most economical bowler in an ODI inning. Against Malaysia, Gauchan bowled ten over, among them eight overs were maiden, and he got three wickets conceding just two runs. This record by Shakti Gauchan looks impossible to break in the ODI cricket.
