SACHIN TENDULKAR is a former Indian International Cricketer and a former Caption of the Indian national team. His full name is SACHIN RAMESH TENDULKAR. He born on 24 april, 1973 (age 51) at Mumbai.

His nickname is--MASTER BLASTER, LITTLE MASTER, GOD OF CRICKET

He is the right hands batsman...Tendulkar took up cricket at the age of eleven, made his test debut on 15 november 1989 against Pakistan in Karanchi at the age of sixteen. he is highest run scorer all time in international cricket.

HE IS THE ONLY PLAYER TO HAVE SCORED ONE HUNDRED INTERNATIONAL CENTURIES.  and first batsman who make double century at that time..TENDULKAR recieved the ARJUNA AWARD in 1994 for his outstanding sporting achievement, the RAJEEV GANDHI KHEL RATNA AWARD in 1997, India's highest sporting honourand and the PADMA SHRI and the PADMA VIBHUSHAN in 1999 and 2008. he was also the first sportsperson and the first person without an aviation background to be awarded the honorary rank of group caption by the INDIAN AIR FORCE.
