In the second semifinal game of Karnali Premier League, Tribhuwan Army Club (TAC) defeated Armed Police Force (APF) by 1 wicket. APF won the toss and they batted first. APF was dismissed in 86 runs in 18 overs. Sharad Vesvakar top scored the innings with 30 runs, Bhuwan Karki scored 19, Puran BK scored 13 and Shankar Rana scored 12 runs. Sompal Kami took 3 wickets in 3 overs giving just 10 runs. Sushan Bhari took 2 wickets. Jitendra Mukhiya and Shahab Alam took a wicket each.

Chasing 87 runs, TAC lost their first six wickets in just 35 runs. Raju Rijal and Binod Bhandari made 2 runs each, Hari Bahadur Chauhan scored 3 runs, Rajesh Pulami scored 1 and Bhim Sharki scored 9 runs. Kushal Malla and Sompal Kami made a partnership of 28 runs. Sompal was out on 31 while Sushan Bhari became out without opening his account. Sompal played 22 balls with 3 fours and a six. TAC were 73 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. Shahab Alam and Jitendra Mukhiya made a partnership of unbeaten 15 runs for the last wicket to lead their team to victory. Alam was unbeaten for 2 runs. Jitendra Mukhiya scored a six and a four as well in the last over to win the match. Kamal Singh Airi and Yagyaman Kumal took 2 wickets each. Amar, Bhuwan and Sharad took a wicket each but that was not sufficient for them to win the match. Sompal Kami was declared as the man of the match.
