In the history of Nepalese sports, Bajaj Pulsar has been rewarding players and organization every year in different categories. Today is the day for his year's announcement. This event will take place in Kamaladi, Pragya Bhawan. Along with the award distribution, different musical as well artistic works will also be shown. Al the preparations are over, now I may head over to that place as well to watch the event.

There will be 5 categories. People Choice Award, Best Player of the year (Male), Best Player of the Year(Female), Best Coach of the Year and Best Young Player of the Year. Nepali Cricketers have been nominated in various categories.

Sandip Lamichhane(Cricket), Prince Dahal(Badminton), Sabitra Bhandari(Football), Reshma Bhandari(Volleyball), Maheshwor Maharjan(BodyBuilding) are nominated for People's Choice category. The winner will decided on the basis of SMS voting, Facebook Like, member's voting(organizer) and vote of National sports Council.

Yukesh Gurung(Paragliding), Paras Khadka(Cricket), Sompal Kami(Cricket), Shukraraj Rai(Golf) and Indra Bahadur Shrestha(Judo) have been nominated for Best Player of the year(Male).

Sabitra Bhandari(Football), Sarswati Chaudhary(Volleyball), Sita Rana Magar(Cricket), Manita Shrestha Pradhan(Judo) and Nima Gurung(Taekondo) have been nominated for Best Player of the year(Female).

Prince Dahal(Badminton), AjitKumar Yadav(Athletics), Lalit Narayan Rajbansi(Cricket), Manjali Kumari Yonjan(Football) and Bijay Shrestha(Karate) have been nominated for the Best Young player of the year.

Yogesh Bhattarai(Paragliding), Jagat Tamata(Cricket), Dhaniram Chaudhary(Athletics), Gyanendra Bista(Volleyball) and Hari Khadka(Football) have been nominated for the Best Coach of the year.
