KANTO - It looks like Alolan form Pokémon will be a part of Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! at the Nov. 16 release. But there's a catch.

On the official Pokémon website there is a page that speaks about transferring Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon: Let's Go! On that page, the company explains how Alolan form Pokémon (Pokémon from the Alola Region) will be transferrable despite them not being available in the wild in the Pokémon: Let's Go! games.

The site also mentions that if you do not have any Alola forms in Pokémon GO that there is no need to worry:

"But if you haven't caught any, don't worry—there are visitors from the Alola region in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! who will be happy to trade their Alolan form Pokémon with you."

Apparently, there will be trainers within the game that will have Alolan form Pokémon in their inventory and will be willing to trade them to you. It's hard to tell if they are referring to characters that are already in the game or friends that will be playing the game with you.

Either way, this is a great little addition that the company has made to the game. Those Pokémon will be a nice little commodity that will be beneficial to players who have been playing Pokémon GO and will require much more effort to obtain one of the Alolan's for those who do not already have one.

Here is a picture of the Alolan form Pokémon that will be a part of the Nintendo Switch game:

Personally, I still do not have an Alolan Raichu or Alolan Marowak. For those of you who still need some of the Alola Region Pokémon, you can still get them from Alolan eggs in Pokémon GO and from raids in Pokémon GO. Otherwise, you'll need to trade with a friend or possibly with another trainer in Pokémon: Let's Go!
