Fortnite is a game that has rallied many users since inception. From young to middle aged to old. It’s multiplayer feature has given it edge over many other adventure and strategy games.

Although, Epic games, the creator of Fortnite is a very secretive company when it comes to releasing factual results that have to do with earnings and sales, the monstrous nature of the game gives them out as the game recently had a milestone of 8.3 million active players at once.

I happen to be a part of that number as I recently sign up for the game and for some reason, I could tell that Epic games is one of the reasons game currency might find a difficult fusion with eSports.

As expected, epic games didn’t give a concise report on how the feat was attained. They didn’t give out the metrics needed to have a full insight of the event.

In February, beat PUBG in numbers by 200,000 users. Then, they had 3.4 million users while PUBG had 3.2 million.

Steam Database confirms that up to 13.2 million active users currently play at once and Fortnite seem to have a large market share of users from time to time.

Isn’t this awesome?

Streamlabs shared this twitch report about Fortnite and I wonder how the game makers, Epic games, feel about their creation.

Talk about the most streamed game and I think about the most addictive game. It's definitely Fortnite.
