I only just started playing Resident Evil 8 a couple hours ago, but already I'm loving it. The atmosphere is ominous, yet beautiful. The character and monster models are full of detail and flawless, and the game has run smooth with ray tracing on. Capcom managed to take everything that made Resident Evil 7 great and improve upon it in every way possible. If you were a fan of Resident Evil 4, you're going to LOVE this.

The level of detail on the characters is just Incredible. If you were impressed with the Bakers in RE 7, like I was, you're going to be blown away by the villagers in RE 8. Everything from the facial movements to the way light and shadows look on their skin is just amazing. I highly suggest to anyone who doesn't have a PS5 yet to wait to play this until you do. Seeing this game with ray tracing on is something every Resident Evil fan should experience.
