No, not every Ubisoft game is a 10/10, but I think many take them for granted sometimes. The ability to use a bird for aerial recon is a brilliantly beautiful innovation they made. Consider no other studio who makes open world games like these had ever done something like this. It's a dream literally being able to fly, as a bird, over the terrains forests, seas, and mountains. It's really relaxing just taking in the view.

Of all the AC’s this one has felt underdeveloped with poor finish quality. It also seems to have lost its free running play style roots as a main focus, and where you do need it (chasing the unworthy tattoo designs), it’s frustratingly bad for not going where you are supposed to forcing you to restart the chase.
