One of the most prestigious tournament CS: GO - ESL One Cologne stage is coming fast. Yesterday we met the groups and the first meetings of the upcoming games.
ESL One Cologne 2018 will take place from July 3rd till July 8th. Sixteen teams will compete in a tournament where the prize pool is $ 300,000. There are already known groups of games, as well as the first pairs.
The group stage of the competition in Cologne will be played in a double elimination format. There are eight teams in every group. Only the opening games will be the best of 1, in all the others we can see up to three maps. The three top teams from each group will advance to the playoffs of the tournament - the best one will advance straight to the semi-finals, while the other two to the quarter-finals.
