The main reason why I am one of the top 200 users in the game even though I haven't poured hundreds and hundreds of dollars from outside steemit into the game is that I leveled up this guy. In this current meta, many players use cards with magic attack because;

  1. never misses 
  2. Ignores armor 

This means by setting up a tank that can slow the other team down, a force of magic dealers can whittle down the opposing team. Bombarding them with damage.

This card has reflect and heal which keeps it a very useful front rower in this meta. I don't know if I'd call him a tank because if he is super focused by non magic attacks he won't last long. But he will heal himself and with reflect can kill or severely cripple squishy magic dealers shooting from the back row. Letting your team cut through to the cards that supress stats like Undead Priest or Goblin Shaman.

I say this as I wait for the game to load.

Below is an example of my current death deck at a mana cap of 23.

As you can see from the video. Spirits reflect killed the opponent's magi letting my team focus on the flesh golem and rexxie. Once the bigs were down nothing stopped the pain train coming down the track.

This deck is built around spirit being able to self heal and punish magic snipers. Bunch of cheap death cards that can hang in the back and play pick a hand.

Pick the magic damage slapping you in the face?

Or pick the hand with poison ranged damage that smacks your tanks down?

What would I change? If I had to change this deck at all. I would level up Dark Enchantress to level 4 so she adds stun chance to her attacks. And level up Priest so he applies slow on the enemy team which that means my back row can get more hits in sooner on the other team.
