The engine takes Barcelona. All in the hand of Repsol. The Spanish company commemorates its 50th anniversary in motor racing with an unprecedented exhibition in one of the most emblematic streets of Barcelona. Between 6 and 16 June, 21 cars and motorcycles with which they have competed from Ángel Nieto to Marc Márquez, through Pedro de la Rosa or Nani Roma, will be exhibited in almost twenty shop windows of Paseo de Gracia stores.

The exhibition, organized by Repsol with the Merchants Association of Paseo de Gracia, was inaugurated today at the Casa Fuster Hotel, where, for example, Marc Márquez's MotoGP can already be seen. The event was attended by some of the pilots who have contributed to writing the most successful chapters of these 50 years of Repsol in competition.

Among others, Alex Crivillé was present, who in 1999 became the first Spaniard to win the 500cc World Championship, being one of the pilots who have competed under the technical alliance between Repsol and Honda in the top category of motorcycling, and This year also celebrates its 25th Anniversary. Pedro de la Rosa, who took the leap to Formula 1 under the sponsorship of Repsol; Nani Roma, first Spanish driver to win the Dakar in 2004 and Marc Coma, winner of the Dakar in five editions, both in Africa and in South America.
