A different start for a cycling race. This is the 17th stage of the Tour the France.
The 17th stage of the Tour just started! A short trip of just 65 km, but very hard and with lots of mountain. It starts at Bagnères-de-Luchon and ends at Saint-Lary-Soulan. In the middle the peloton has two climbs of 1st category (Montée de Peyragudes and Col de Val Louron-Azet) and an explosive end with the ascent to Col du Portet (Special Category). Today the riders start in a kind of starting grid similar to that of the Moto Gp.
