Citroen's works driver Yoann Bonato is still in the lead of Rallye Lyon-Charbonnières 2019 which is the tarmac event and also a 2nd round of French tarmac championship. I am again disappointed with the perormance of Seb Dommerdich who used to rule with his old Peugeot 205 Maxi, but with the 'new' technology in Peugeot 208 T16 R5 rally car, he is nowhere, just like in the Fiat Punto S2000 days. That's how it is at the moment.

Winner of the first round Nicolas Ciamin doesn't drive VW Polo R5 and this weekend he is back behind a wheel of Fiat 124 R-GT rally car. He is 5th overall at the moment and that's the RESULT! Great stuff.

Quentin Gilbert drives that Polo R5 and he is currently 2nd overall with around half a minute gap to the leader. Hyundai pilot Giordano is 3rd overall with 10s behind 2nd place.

Results:

Bonato 1:08:26.6

Gilbert +32.6

Giordano +41.6

Rosel +44.5

Ciamin +58.0
