Norwegian Andreas Mikkelsen didn't have a season of his life but it wasn't also that bad because he is currently 4th on the Championship leader board with 102 points but it's not what was expected from him this year.

Hyundai team boss Andrea Adamo expected from him to fight for the wins. This way Hyundai had only Thierry Neuville winning three rallies and Dani Sordo winning in Sardinia.

Mikkelsen won nothing this season but he was on the podium three times, once 2nd and twice 3rd which is kinda ok but not enough for the driver who used to be a championship potential.

Maybe life in Monte Carlo spoiled him little bit. New McLaren super car and glory can spoil young lad but who know.... Maybe he is just not good enough or maybe Hyundai i20 WRC doesn' suit him well.

However he split with his current management called EVEN Management and from now he will be his own manager.
