Draftkings and Fanduel seem to be the two reigning monopolies over legal fantasy betting in the United States. In 2015 they bought out the site 'Kountermove' in order to control all available sports (including mixed martial arts and boxing which KM basically invented the points system for).

I quite enjoy the fantasy aspect of mma as it makes it that much more exhilarating to watch, but I would love so much more if Scorum can go even further than that..

Kountermove acutally implemented a points system for takedowns, strikes, and knockdowns, as well as decisions and wins. With this format not only mixed martial arts is playable, but boxing and even kickboxing would be available.

There are actually a lot of die hard fight fans worldwide, and a lot enjoy more niche events with muay thai and even Olympic tryout wrestling. If there was a fantasy game available for even wrestling brackets within the Olympics, that would completely change the dynamic of how people seeing fantasy betting within sports.

It is all about expanding to suit many tastes, and adding NBA, MLB, and eventually combat to the Scorum fantasy label will be a dream come true. I look very forward to the future of sports betting... and to the future of Scorum!

To the moon!
