Draft Kings MLB Showdown $5 Double Up
Sox Game 2 Starter David Price hurled a gem against the Astros last week. And that's the only gem he's pitched in his entire post-season history. What are the odds he tosses another, back to back? I'd say, slim.
On the other side, Hyun-Jin Ryu has been inconsistent. And given this powerful Boston batting order, I'm not sure this is going to be one of his ON nights.
In tonight's MLB Showdown Double Up, I'm taking six batters.
David Freese, Manny Machado, and J.D. Martinez are three of the most productive batters in these line-ups, and their match-ups are good against their opposing pitchers.
Along with Ian Kinsler, they are also the only four hitters with history against the starters. And that history has been good for all four.
Justin Turner has a solid BvP split versus Price, and his productivity, although lesser lately, has been decent, if not good, this post season.
Finally, Andrew Benintendi has solid BvP numbers, and has been red hot at the plate lately.
I'm expecting a higher scoring game tonight: something like a 6-5 or 7-6 type of game, with both starters out relatively early.
As an aside, I also took Player Prop bets on Kinsler -155 and Freese -170 to Record A Hit.
Good luck with your bets and your favorite teams!
