donboy65's Crazy Stories: Tower of Death (Part 5 and FINALE)
Screenshots taken via PlayStation 4. WWE2k19 and WWE2k18 owned by WWE and 2K Games; game published by Yuke's and Visual Concepts. Minecraft owned and developed by Mojang and 4J Studios; PS4 edition published by Sony. Dead or Alive 5 Last Round owned by Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja Last time on Tower of Death, Kasumi advances to the sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth floors. She battles a guardian formed from steel, a guardian formed from silver, a guardian formed from gold, and a savage guardian that lives on chaos. As Kasumi heads to the next floor, the stakes are at their absolute highest as her last foes will not only be dangerous, but also sinister. The twentieth floor is as less lit as the previous floor, with a woman (who would be played by Kairi Sane) standing with two swords sheathed on her back. She takes out the swords as she prepares to do battle, while Kasumi easily notices that the woman's eyes are full of pure hatred. The Hatred Guardian is readied with her swords, and Kasumi draws her own to do battle in a fashion similar to those of the Japanese samurai. A fierce sword fight ensues, with the Hatred Guardian able to slash Kasumi twice on the torso. Kasumi is then disarmed by the guardian and knocked to the floor. As the sword fight reaches its climax, the Hatred Guardian is prepared to kill Kasumi until she too is disarmed by a surprise somersault kick by Kasumi. Kasumi then proceeds to beat the disarmed guardian and then lands a fatal blow that causes the Hatred Guardian to writhe in pain before combusting into flames. The twenty-first floor is lesser lit than the previous floor. There are two standing candles around two of the floor's corners. In between stands a woman (who would be played by Asuka). Initially covered by the darkness of the room, she slowly reveals herself to Kasumi. Kasumi asks, “Who are you?” to which the woman replies “I am Death....and Death is me.” The Death Guardian slowly walks toward Kasumi as the two prepare to battle. Kasumi tries to land the first strike, but the Death Guardian easily counters it and lands several blows to her torso before slamming her to the floor. For about three minutes, there are bouts of close calls and landed strikes for both combatants. Then, Kasumi notices that a patch of skin seems to be missing around the Death Guardian's abdomen, revealing part of her insides. As the Death Guardian begins to weaken and become exhausted, she decays overtime. Kasumi takes advantage of this weakness to land several blows to the sinister foe, causing more patches of skin to decay. Finally, a missing patch of skin reveals an exposed beating heart. The Death Guardian tries to run towards Kasumi to attack, before being stabbed in the heart by Kasumi's katana. After falling to the floor upon defeat, the decomposition accelerates to where even the guardian's bones dissolve. Kasumi realizes that there are at least one to two floors left in this grueling tower. She heads to the next floor, hoping to reach the top once and for all. The twenty-second floor is more darkened than the previous floors, with some lighting here and there. In between two standing candles, there is a mat where a mysterious fighter sits. The fighter (who would be played by Ronda Rousey) stands up slowly and gives Kasumi a cold yet serious stare. The fighter, called the Ultimate Guardian, does not seem to do anything. Kasumi attempts to lunge at her, but is quickly kicked across the room by her. Even after Kasumi gets up, the Ultimate Guardian then proceeds to kick her several times and knocks her back down to the floor. After getting back up, Kasumi tries unsuccessfully to knock the Ultimate Guardian, who easily evades her strikes. The guardian then grabs Kasumi's leg and throws her to the floor. Kasumi gets back up yet again and then lets the Ultimate Guardian try to strike her. This plan works as Kasumi manages to reverse one of the Ultimate Guardian's kicks and then slams her to the floor. Kasumi then kicks her before she can get back up. The Ultimate Guardian then recovers from the blow and a fierce fight ensues where both manage to strike and knock each other down for about eight seemingly long minutes. After that, both seem exhausted (the Ultimate Guardian more than Kasumi). Kasumi then tells her to just let her pass, since any more fighting would be futile. The Ultimate Guardian refuses and the fight continues. The battle reaches its climax with both on the floor, and with Kasumi locking her legs around the Ultimate Guardian's head and neck. After an intense struggle, the Ultimate Guardian's neck breaks and she is killed. Following the tense battle, Kasumi then gets up and then retreats to a section of the wall where she sits down and rests for a moment, remembering her previous battles in the tower, the warnings she had been given, and the various taunts by the guardians she has defeated. After about a few minutes of resting and reminiscing, a voice by the mysterious woman from earlier shouts “It's not over yet, mortal!” Kasumi then notices one last flight of stairs, probably to the greatest foe yet. Kasumi slowly gets up and steels herself for one last battle in the infamous Tower of Death. If she succeeds, she will have done what no other mortal that entered the tower could ever have done. Kasumi enters the last floor, which is bit smaller than the other floors. The mysterious woman called the Dark Mistress (again, who would be played Paige) then gets up and congratulates her reaching this far. She then proceeds to taunt Kasumi, telling her that she cannot possibly defeat darkness. She even tells Kasumi that Kasumi should have listened to the warnings she had been given concerning the tower. The Dark Mistress reveals that the guardians past the fifth floor were nothing more than slaves under her power. Kasumi and the Dark Mistress prepare to do battle, but Kasumi is unable to strike her. The Dark Mistress then proceeds to strike Kasumi many times and then knocks her violently to the floor. She even kicks Kasumi as the kunoichi tries to get up, taunting her along the way. Kasumi is then knocked against the wall, where she notices a small hole. She then remembers what the hooded woman (who would be played by Brie Bella) had told her earlier; that light is the weapon against darkness. Kasumi manages to get back up, and runs past the Dark Mistress and kicks one of the walls down. This allows light to shine into the room, blinding and hurting the Dark Mistress in the process. Kasumi quickly turns the tables and lands strike after strike on the Dark Mistress, while breaking down the other walls in the process. Kasumi finally lands the finishing blow, a hard kick that knocks the Dark Mistress into a broken wooden support frame of one of the broken walls. This fatally impales the Dark Mistress. As she burns and decomposes, the horrified opponent asks “Why?” Kasumi replies, “Light triumphs over darkness. Good triumphs over evil....and life triumphs over death.” After these words, the Dark Mistress fully dissolves and burns. The entire tower begins to fall apart. Kasumi, unable to get back down in time, decides to run and jump off, not knowing where she might land. Some time later, Kasumi wakes up ashore in Japan from where she left for the tower. The mysterious man who gave Kasumi the scroll (again, who would be played by Daniel Bryan). The man begins to speak, congratulating Kasumi for destroying the looming darkness; it is revealed that he gave Kasumi the scroll because he knew that deep inside Kasumi was the potential to overcome darkness with light, and death with life. Kasumi then walks back to civilization, with a sense of satisfaction and peace....with the mysterious man, the hooded woman, and the curio shop owner standing from afar and watching her. THE END.
