1# Myth : Exercise is the best way to lose weight

Truth : We all know exercise is a good way to burn fat and lose weight but as i said in my post , 80% is diet , and the rest exercise, the diet is what will determines your final objective.


2# Myth : Weight lifting turns fat into muscle

Truth : You can't turn fat into muscle. They're two different tissues. Adipose (fatty) tissue is found under the skin, sandwiched between muscles, and around internal organs like the heart. Muscle tissue — which can be further broken down into three main types — is found throughout the body.


3# Myth : You can target fat locations to burn

Truth : Working out can reduce your overall body fat. But you can't target precision locations to burn , sadly.

That's why i reccommend using termogenics in the final to burn the last locations with body fat.


4# Myth : You must workout everyday to have positive results

Truth : Rest also makes part of growth of your muscle . When you are sleeping you are reducing your stress so that means you will also gain some energy. Resting also helps you to restore your muscles injuries from last workout.


5# Myth : Running on a streadmill is so effective as running outside

Truth : Because running agains the wind or in uneven terrain engages more of your muscles. It requires more energy and you will burn more fat running outside.
