Bodybuilder #1 : Ronnie Coleman
Ronald Dean "Ronnie" Coleman is an American bodybuilder who holds the record for eight consecutive Mr. Olympia titles.
Ronnie Coleman graduated from accounting at Grambling State University (GSU) in 1986. While a college student, he was a member of the GSU Tigers football team at the time of famed coach Eddie Robinson. After graduating, Ronnie joined the police as an officer.
Alongside his eight Mr. Olympia wins as a professional bodybuilder, Coleman holds the record for most IFBB victories as a pro with 26 years old. He broke the previous record (held by Vince Taylor to 22 wins) in Moscow on November 5, 2004.
Bodybuilder #2 : Arnold Schwarzenegger
Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger (Graz, July 30, 1947) is an Austro-American bodybuilder, actor, entrepreneur and politician, having served as the 38th Governor of the state of California.
Schwarzenegger began his physical training at the age of fifteen.
He was awarded the title of Mr.Olympia at age 20 and, throughout his career, won the Mr. Olympia contest a total of seven times.
Bodybuilder #3 : Markus Rühl
Markus Rühl (born 22 February 1972, in Darmstadt, Germany) is a retired IFBB professional bodybuilder. Rühl began training at the age of 18 following a doctor's recommendation after sustaining a knee injury while playing soccer. At 120 lb., Rühl began training hard six days a week until deciding to compete on a professional level five years later. During this period he worked as a salesman.
Bodybuilder #4 : Dennis James
James was born in Heidelberg on May 31, 1969, the son of an African-American GI stationed in Heidelberg and a German woman. He started training in bodybuilding when he was 26. Although, other sources say he started training at 18 years old.
James won the International South German Championship in 1985, the International German Grand Prix in 1986, and the 1986 New York State Championship All Junior Category.
He stopped training because he was not eligible to join the German Nationals since he did not hold German citizenship but made a comeback in 1990 after he left Germany.
Bodybuilder #5 : Phillip Heath
This guy has won the Mr Olympia competition seven times in a row. So we can easily see, just from that, he belongs on our list. He played basketball in high school to an average standard, but it was this sport playing that got him interested in general fitness. He entered bodybuilding in 2002. He had a rocky start to completing in the Mr Olympia competitions, coming 5th, 2nd and then missing one due to a stomach virus.
But his run started shortly after this in 2011, every year since then up until 2017 he has won the Mr Olympia title, which takes a massive amount of skill that must be praised. His current places him in a tie with Arnold Schwarzenegger just behind Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman.
