Mistake #1 : Taking too much supplements without reccommendation from a doctor.

Supplements are suppose to, for an example, you can't eat your daily goal of protein, so what you gonna do? 

Just buy a protein supplement and there we go , simple. But don't exceed it!

Mistake #2 : Not asking for personal trainer's help.

You don't have to be shame for asking for help, they are there to help you, you are new there and thry know it, they are prepare for that, clients like you with no knowledge.

Personal trainers are there to make you take out more of your workouts. 

Mistake #3 : Choosing a gym too far away from your house.

After a day on your job, you will be more like " No, i do it tomorrow" because you are really tired , with no energy enough to go to the gym because it's not even close to your house. So, to avoid that , just pick one close to your house and BAM, you have no excuse to miss the train at the gym.

Mistake #4 : Not eating before working out.

This is the worst thing you can do to your health.

If you knew the messy thing you are doing? Oh god.

If you don't eat before working out you will lose muscle mass, you just have energy to pratice and you gonna affect your life, pretty hsrd like you can't even imagine. You can even facing death by working without eat so be carefull! JUST EAT and stop searching s*** on the internet because nowadays there is sooo fake info and people with no knowledge and they just foul people with those "popular especial tricks to lose weight" and "don't eat for one day and next day you will get a free iPhone 7".


Mistake #5 : Always the same routine!

If yoy have a workout plan and you follow it by 1 to 2 months it's okay, more then that it's too much.

And why it's too much? Because your body starts to accomudating to this routine and you are just not workig out anymore. It's like wakingnup every morning, its an habit you have right? Because it's the human nature.
