Pilates is an exercise discipline that requires a lot of attention and concentration, certain rules, principles and a certain breathing technique. A pilates trainer will take you out of your body analysis before you teach with it and will get you to make the most useful, most useful program for your body. It will correct you without separating your eyes from the whole course. The breath reminds you of your natural posture.
If you have a waist or neck, and you are a person who has never played any sport over forty years old, you will do it when you start pilates. If you are a person who is active and sporting under the same conditions but is over forty years old, your lecturer will give you a lesson schedule. If you are pregnant or have scoliosis, a separate curriculum is determined. Pilates is person and body specific. So a DVD you buy and try to follow at home may bring you much harm or nothing at all. Nevertheless, I'd recommend taking the pilates DVDs at the beginning level, as I'll do at home.
Let's say we decided to attend pilates classes at a studio. How many pilates are there? How do we choose the right one for us?
Reformer, trapeze, chair, ladder barrel are the main equipments we use in pilates course. We can call it instrumented pilates with this equipment. If we do not have the main pilates, we can also do mat pilates using small equipment (foam rollers, resistance bands, pilates in various lengths, hand and foot weights etc.) on the mat. So both of them are pilates, only the instruments used are different.
I recommend that people who have severe disabilities do not enter crowded mat work classes. Teaching under the supervision of the instructor is very important for the safety of the person. Pilates training for ten people and over in the class can not deal with you personally and increases your disability.
