Hi guys, its been a minute since i posted anything here. My hiatus has been due to very unavoidable pressing matters but i am back now and ready to feed you with exquisite and great contents. I also want to use this medium to introduce my workout vlog which i am sure you will enjoy and want to take part in.

I am a semi-professional footballer and so workout is something i do on a daily basis. I enjoy working out a lot for so many reasons. Apart from the health reasons, workouts gives me immense confidence, it motivates me and makes me feel i can do absolutely anything.

Anyone can workout, anytime, anywhere so long you are motivated and ready to put the work in. It is not usually easy to start but it is always worth it in the end. A lot of people are unhealthy because they cant spare minutes out of their 24hrs to either run, jump, lift or even walk.

Personally i love aerobics and cardios, they are perhaps the best form of workouts because they dont require any equipment or any gym to carry out. And they are very good for the heart.

There are lots of exercises you can engage in depending on your preference. Working out does not have anything to do with gender. I know women who can do 100 push ups and i have seen men who can not even run for 5 minutes.

Running, jumping, swimming, long walks, skipping, table-tennis, ball works, etc are all going to be the exercises i am going taking you through in my vlog. I trust that you will enjoy them.
