Dear Scorum Crew,

Yesterday was a good day for several reasons:

1) I live in the jungle in Panama, and sometimes when we're lucky, the howler monkeys grace us with their presence. I love when they do that. They are absolutely not scared of humans, and didn't go away when I approached them. I even had the chance to spot this tiny little baby:

2) I'm all set to attend Steemfest 3 in Poland! Thanks to the Scorum community, I won a contest to win a ticket, and I'm incredibly grateful for Scorum to allow me to go. I wouldn't have been able to attend otherwise!

3) I can finally work out again with moderation! Yesterday I trained legs, and only those exercises that do not strain my neck. This also means no cardio unfortunately for warm up.

Despite this looking easy, I'm incredibly sore today, and happy to get back on track.

The exercises were as follows:

Warm up:

  • stretching + bridge
  • 20 regular squats without weight
  • 20 regular squats with some weight

Workout

  • 4 reps of 15 sumo squats with increasing weight
  • 4 reps of 15 lunges with weights
  • some abs (not planned but hey...I couldn't resist)

I hate leg day. It's painful and I find it boring....
