Dear all,

Today is the beginning of week #3 in my personal quest to become shredded. Last night, @el-cr and I focused on chest/pecs, which is something I never train normally, aside from pushups. It was great, and today I'm incredibly sore! But that's a good thing, because pain is just weakness leaving the body LOL.

Obviously this video is just a short summary of what we actually did, and our reps were much longer as shown here. Each exercise we did was repeated as follows: 12 repetitions, then 10, then 8 and finally again 8.
