Step aerobics classes have been booming during the late 80 and early 90 and are very popular today, it is one of my favorite workouts that I encourage you to practice now I will tell you your reason why train with this type of exercise.

One of the powerful benefits of step aerobics is that it is a high intensity training of a low impact level to give you an example equivalent to running at a speed of 5 to 7 miles per hour.

Now tell them that aerobic exercise manages to bring your metabolism to a level of burning calories and eliminate the bad fat of the body besides having fun music.
