Hey y'all!! I've been trying to stay fit lately so I've started working out regularly. I know that my 18 year old metabolism isn't going to keep me looking like this forever so I need to start taking my health seriously.

I don't like going to the gym by myself because I get lonely and I don't want to be constantly hit on by the gym rats. Also it takes more effort to go to the gym. That's why I opt for workouts at home. I have a treadmill that I absolutely love. I could walk for hours. It's a mindless activity so I can listen to music, read posts, or just daydream while I'm walking.

I also have a yoga mat. Now I've tried yoga and it's ok, but I'm not the best. I guess I just need to practice. I also have resistance bands that I like to use to go further with my workouts. I can do squats like nobody's business and they're already paying off. Those are my main workouts, but I need more.

So my main question is what type of exercises would y'all recommend for me? What are some of your favorite workouts? Do you have any favorite workout videos on YouTube? Let me know. I'm open to any and all suggestions!
