Planks... What are there and how are there performed?
What do we mean by PLANKS?
To plank is when you maintain and hold the body in a position similar to push up. Aside that we have different types of planks. But today we will be focusing on elbow plank.
Elbow planks turn to be harder compared to a normal planking.
Here are some benefits of planks:
It decreases your risk of injury at the spinal area, an increased boost to your overall metabolism, improves posture, balance, and more flexibility.
How to perform the Elbow Plank Punch:
In a push-up position bend your elbows 90 degrees and both forearms resting on the floor. Now stretch your hand forward like you will give a punch.
