I know you are astonished by now, well to tell you I am more surprised too. Today a pro footballer liked my pictures on Instagram so I decided to check my Instagram page and on doing that I scrolled down to catch up with some of my past pictures and lo and behold I found an old workout video I made some years ago so I decided to share it with my Scorumian family.
In today's exercise, we will be working with dumbbells and barbells which will help us focus on our upper body strength.
Use 60 seconds to complete each set and after a 10second rest repeat for 3 times. The more consistency you will be the more you will see the results you want.
If you can go more than 60 seconds for each set then increase the time limit to 2 or 3 depending on how fit you are. Please stop immediately if you experience any sharp pain that might occur but if not just keep going.
